FAQ

The questions we hear most

What you need to know about getting set up, what's included, and making the most of Vertex.

How do I start a free trial?
Create an account, set up your workspace, and begin exploring all Business features immediately. Adding a payment method is not required, and you can upgrade at any time once your trial ends.
What is included in each plan?
Every plan includes the core workspace, automations, and integrations. Higher tiers unlock more workspaces and users, advanced automation rules, role-based permissions, and priority or dedicated support. See the pricing section for a full breakdown.
Can I download Vertex as an app?
Yes. Vertex ships a native desktop app for macOS and Windows so your team can work with the same speed and shortcuts offline or online. Download it from the Platform menu.
Which integrations are supported?
Vertex connects to the tools teams already use through native connectors and a developer-friendly REST API. You can sync data, trigger workflows, and extend the platform with open APIs and webhooks.
Where is the API documentation?
Full API reference, guides, and examples live in our documentation. It covers authentication, endpoints, rate limits, and webhooks so your developers can build custom integrations quickly.
How does Vertex handle security?
Security is built in at every layer: encryption in transit and at rest, granular role-based permissions, audit logs, and a governance suite on Enterprise. We follow industry-standard practices for reliability and compliance at scale.
What support options are available?
Starter includes email support, Business adds priority support, and Enterprise includes a dedicated support team. Help articles, guides, and status updates are available to everyone in the help center.
